Biography
Anaïs is an Investment Associate at PT1, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and supporting early-stage technology companies across the real asset value chain.
Prior to joining PT1, Anaïs worked as a Real Estate Investment Analyst at eRE – element Real Estate, where she gained hands-on experience in underwriting, financial modelling, and asset-level decision-making. Her work involved evaluating real estate investments from both a risk and return perspective, providing her with a strong foundation in assessing capital allocation decisions - skills directly transferable to venture investing.
Earlier in her career, Anaïs built a strong analytical toolkit as a Valuation & Risk Analyst at homeloop, where she focused on pricing models and risk assessment in a technology-driven real estate context. This role gave her early exposure to data-driven decision-making and scalable proptech business models, shaping her understanding of how technology can transform traditional asset classes.
She began her career in strategy and project roles at Publicis Luxe and OUTSIGN, developing a structured approach to problem-solving, market positioning, and stakeholder communication, skills that are critical in evaluating founding teams and supporting portfolio companies.
Anaïs holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from EDHEC Business School and a Master of Arts in International Business and Sustainability from the University of Hamburg, combining a strong business foundation with a focus on sustainable transformation.
